Cellular respiration

Also got from notes.  ( some things may sound the same just a little different.)
"Is the process in which cells use oxygen to release energy stored in sugars such as glucose."
You may know all cells release energy. But maybe you didn't know this Glucose and the sugars are the power and source and the cell.
Most of this energy is provided by Cellular respiration.
It also takes place in the Mitochondria.
Plant and animals release this same energy.
These are the starting materials sugars-) glucose-) and oxygen. All of those enter the Mitochondria.
And the chemical reaction to that make new materials. Then as you might have guessed it releases energy.
The products are energy-) carbon dioxide -) and then water. Energy is also used to build,repair and reproduce the cells.
