Cytoplasm

"Cytoplasm is the fluid that fills the cell."

All info on this website got from.
        http://www.biology4kids.com/files/cell_cytoplasm.html

The cytoplasm has many different molecules that dissolve in solution.
"You will find fatty acids, enzymes , sugars, and amino acids."
"Waste products are also dissolved before they have been taken to the vacuoles and or sent in or out of the cell."
Which we will talk about later. (In the next blog coming soon...)
It's special fluid in the nucleus.

Neucleus

The nucleus is like the boss of the cell. And or acts like your brain any way that you want to think of it. you know the way we eat it controls how the plant or animal eats as well. If something happens in the cell the nucleus probably would about it.
And if you think the nucleus is always in the middle of the cell you would be wrong.
It can go different places as well not just one place.

"It would be a big dark spot somewhere in the middle of all the cytoplasm."

It won't be near the edge of the cell if you look there you probably won't find it. It would be mighty dangerous for it to be there sitting at the edge if you don't remember the cytoplasm it the fluid that fills the cell to make it stay up like a skeleton.
If you also think that all cells have nucleus's you are wrong. Not all cells have them. If you didn't know you don't really need a nucleus to have DNA.

"If you don't have a defined nucleus, your DNA is probably floating around the cell in a region called the nucleoid. A defined nucleus that holds the genetic code is an advanced feature in a cell."
Did you know that there is a nuclear envelope? Well there is and it surrounds the nucleus. Every thing that is in the nucleus or out it surrounds it. That means if there is things floating around the nucleus that envelope would surround it.

Mitosis

 Mitosis cell division

Click on link to show the different features of mitosis BELOW.

http://www.johnkyrk.com/mitosis.html

Click it and it will show you the different fazes.
It tells you the fazes on the left hand side.

Mitosis is the process by which Dividing cells and making two daughter cells that happen a lot in little kid bodies. That process will slow down a lot more when you get older.
Now it won't stop it will just get slower.
It will not move as quickly as it did, the more older that you are the more it slows down.
This is a way your body is starting to grow and develop.

And on the left side where the fazes of mitosis are you can scroll over them and Up above you will see it change and tell you some facts.

Then last but not least something fun.

Ribosomes

Ribosomes

"Cells need to make proteins. These proteins might be used as enzymes or as suport of cell functions."
Info got on this website is
http://www.biology4kids.com/files/cell_ribos.html

When you need protein you should think about or look for ribosomes.
They are protein builders and protein synthesizers.

The little dots they are ribosomes.
These little dots Create the Protein from these ribosomes.
They are found in many places around the cell not just one.
You even might see them floating in cytoplasm's. They will make protein ( like I said before.)
Ribosomes have more than one piece the two pieces that it has are called subunits.
When this cell needs to make protein mRNA is created in the nucleus.
Then it is sent to the cell and also the ribosomes (mRNA is sent there.)
Then when it is time to make some protein the subunits come together and combine with the mRNA.
The subunits lock to the mRNA and started to make some protein.

Chloroplasts

Chloroplasts make the food for this cell. It also makes the green of the plant. They are only found in plant cells, and on some protists.
THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE.
Structure of a chloroplast It also gives you some extra information. Now it creates the sugar for the plant, yes sugar. There is a song I would like you to hear. Just click this and you press enter and that will get you to remember.
This song is made by the Archie's but this is a prodigy. This one made by eddsworld.

Chloroplasts help the plant have that green look to them and also animals don't have these of course. Every plant that you see that's green is working hard to convert the sun's energy into these sugars. Of course plants help us live. Without Chloroplasts how would we tell if the plant is dying or not? you wouldn't know and then cut it down. then we all die just like that plant. this next quoted sentence is from
http://www.biology4kids.com/files/cell_chloroplast.html

"They create sugars and the byproduct of that process is the oxygen that we breathe."
again where that information is from is the site above.

Mitochondria

What is the smallest living thing on earth? if you can't answer that then why are you on here?
The answer is cells of course we are going to be learning about plant and animal cells today.
Every living thing is made up of cells ALL LIVING THINGS are made up of these cells.
We are going to be starting off by Plant cells. Now here is one of many the Mitochondria can you find it? anyway if you did good job. Mitochondria's act like there the power house of the cells. They are organelles which has to act like the digestive system. It takes nutrients, breaks it down and then creates energy for the cell.
Information got from:
 http://www.biology4kids.com/files/cell_mito.html
this process by which energy is produced called cellular respiration.
Most of these chemical reaction  happen in the mitochondria. You actually might find seven thousand of these cells ( Mitochondria.)
